THURSDAYS 11.45 AT ST IVES FREE CHURCH - 0-12M*

easy dance along session for grown ups to enjoy with babies in tow - stretch & groove with sensory interaction woven into each routine. free refreshments at the end.

FRIDAYS 9.30AM BLUNTISHAM BAPTIST CHURCH - total bop! FOR 0-4YRS

guided session including action songs and dances to engage little movers. free refreshments at the end.

also on fridays:

disco cafe 10.30am, FOR 0-4YRS

free play, soft play, tea/coffee/hot choc/squash etc, biccies; shorter guided sequence and/or disco games to bring us all together and lift the energies. Lower volume than other sessions to allow lots of chats with other music loving families, and also to accommodate children who prefer a less intense atmosphere. Book separately or stay on after Total Bop for a discount!

*the thursday session can also accomodate older babies and children with limited mobility and shyer toddlers who would prefer to stick closely to you. Just bear in mind that the movement is created with the adult in focus plus I’m keen to ensure the environment is one in which young babies are safe from props being thrown or lots of running around.

Older siblings are welcome on Fridays on request.
