ONCE A MONTH I WILL BE OFFERING A FAMILY DISCO SESSION - THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY TO COME TOGETHER AND ENJOY THE GOOD VIBES AND DANCE FLOOR ENERGY. CHILDREN 0-10 ARE WELCOME (IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER CHILD THAT YOU THINK WOULD BENEFIT PLEASE DO GET IN TOUCH).

I WILL LEAD YOU ALL IN EASY MOVES AND DISCO GAMES THEN ALLOW SOME TIME TO FREESTYLE AND CUT LOOSE AT THE END. SONG REQUESTS ARE ENCOURAGED!

NB - if you are familiar with my classic Thursday disco baby then you’ll know the session focuses on getting the adult moving with ways to incorporate little ones as well. For the family disco I am very much centring the children and tailoring the experience to their level and needs. But fear not, there is plenty of bop available to any willing grown ups ;)
